Marriott Worsley Park

Marriott Worsley Park Hotel & Country Club was built around Worsley Old Hall, former home of the Duke of Bridgewater, and its historic park. Located just seven miles from Manchester City centre, the golf course was officially opened in May 1999.

Designed in association with Michael King, the golf course has been laid out utilising the natural contours of landscape and bringing into play stunning water features which included the creation of new ponds and wetlands. At 6611 yards (par 71) from the back tees, it is a course that requires course management to achieve a successful score.

In July 2004 Worsley Park hosted the European Challenge Tour and in 2008 hosted the Oceanico Developments Pro-Am Challenge.
